 | Weihao Hu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively, both in electrical engineering, and the Ph.D. degree from Aalborg University, Aalborg, Denmark, in 2012.,He is currently a Full Professor and the Director of the Institute of Smart Power and Energy Systems (ISPES), University of Electronics Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. His research interests include artificial intelligence in modern power systems and renewable power generation. |

| Weixing Li (Senior Member, IEEE) was born in Zhengyang, China. He received the B.S. degree in applied physics, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering, from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 1999, 2001, and 2007, respectively.,From July 2001 to September 2019, he was with Harbin Institute of Technology, where he was an Assistant Professor and later an Associate Professor. From 2008 to 2010, he served as a Visiting PDF with the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada and the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, UC, Berkeley, USA. In September 2019, he joined Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China, where he is currently Dean and Professor of the School of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include power systems analysis, VSC-HVdc, and renewable energy. |

  | Chun Sing Lai received his B.Eng. (First Class Hons.) in electrical and electronic engineering from Brunel University of London, London, UK, in 2013, and the D.Phil. in engineering science from the University of Oxford, Oxford, UK, in 2019. Dr Lai is Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems, Course Director of MSc Electric Vehicle Systems at Brunel University of London, UK. His current interests are in smart grid, energy system modeling, computational intelligence, data analytics, electric vehicle systems, hybrid powertrains optimisation, and energy economics for renewable energy and storage systems. He organised the workshop on Smart Grid and Smart City, IEEE SMC 2017 in Canada and a workshop on Blockchain for Smart Grid, IEEE SMC 2018 in Japan. |
