Dr. Hui Hou, IEEE Senior Member, IEEE PES WIP Member

Dr Hui Hou received the B.S. degree from Wuhan University, Wuhan, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, in 2009. She is currently is currently an Associate Professor and Ph.D supervisor at the Department of Electrical Engineering，School of Automation, Wuhan University of Technology. During 2015-2016, she was a visiting scholar at the University of Sydney. Her research interests include risk assessment of power system, energy internet, electric vehicles, etc. She is now an associate editor for PCMP (Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems) and a member of China Electric Power Research Institute Journals Center Youth Expert Group.

She is a senior member of IEEE, and has been an active volunteer in IEEE PES WiP since 2019.
